Dr. L. Michael Hall is a Master Trainer of NLP. He
has a PhD in Cognitive Behavioural Psychology. He
is a researcher and developer of some of the most
leading-edge new concepts in NLP today. He
developed the Meta-States® model to take NLP to
the next level. Since the Meta-States® Model was
introduced into the field of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic
Programming) in 1994, it has given birth to the
Third Meta-Domain in NLP, a 100 new patterns,
Meta-States® Certification Trainings. In addition
Michael Hall has published hundreds of articles.
Along with Dr. Bob Bodenhamer, he developed and
initiated the Institute of Neuro-Semantics. As a
prolific author, Michael has written and published
more than two dozen books including: The Spirit of

Leading Authority in the field of human change,
George Bien is the World's First Recipient of the
National Guild of Hypnotists President's Award
(1988); the World's Second Recipient of the
National Guild of Hypnotists' Dr. Rexford L. North
Memorial Trophy (the "Oscar" of Hypnosis - 1990);
the World's First Recipient of the Charles
Tebbetts Award (1993).
As the Main Trainer for the National Guild of
Hypnotists (1987 - 1994), he created and taught
the first Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy
Certification Seminars (ACH), virtually
re-defining Classical Hypnosis. He also created
and taught the country's first Stress Management
Consultant Certification Seminars, sponsored by
the International Association of Counselors and
Therapists.
He is the former Principal Trainer for the
National Guild of Hypnotists, the American Board
of Hypnotherapy and the International Association
of Counselors and Therapists, and has trained most
of the hypnotherapists practicing in the Tri-State
area, and throusands of others throughout the

Kelvin was the team manager for Singapore's
shooting teams to the Asian Games and World
Championships.
He now uses his wide-ranging experience to bring
about a fresh angle to training, where he
specializes in experiential learning. He is a
lecturer in Applied Performance Psychology and, as
a nature guide, occasionally leads expeditions to
far-flung places like Madagascar or the Galapagos.
Kelvin has an MBA from the Edinburgh Business
School and a post-graduate degree in Psychology
from the Australian National University. He is
