All workshops conducted by Applied NLP Solutions Pte Ltd will be subject to these terms & conditions:
1. Payment Schedule
Payments must be made in full prior to the start of the program/course.
2. Cancellation Policy
Applied NLP Solutions Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule workshops or courses without liability for financial penalty or compensation to the attendees other than an amount limited to a refund of 100% of any course fees already paid by the attendees in advance of the related course or event.
3. Refunds & Rescheduling
Two weeks prior to the start of the program/courses is the last day to cancel and receive a refund. Attendees who are faced with unusual circumstances may reschedule once within the year. Requests to reschedule must be submitted to Applied NLP Solutions at least two weeks prior to the start of the workshop.
4. Attendee Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome. However Applied NLP Solutions must be informed at least two working days prior to the start of the courses. This is to facilitate program administration.
5. Termination
An attendee, who violates safety regulations, interferes with other attendees' work, is disruptive, obscene, under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be subject to immediate removal from the course.
6. Copyright
No part of Applied NLP Solutions program/courses materials may be duplicated, adapted, reproduced or disseminated to another person or party in any form, without prior consent of Applied NLP Solutions.
