During Rajan's career spanning over three decades, he served as a
teacher with the MOE, Army Battalion Commander in |
|

the
Singapore Artillery ( SAF), before switching to the air force
to become an Air Force Pilot in the RSAF.. After his early
retirement, he joined a US MNC where he rose to become its
Group MD, Asia Pacific, serving in Singapore, Australia and
Japan for ten years. Currently he runs his own leadership and
motivational training consultancy, Applied NLP Solutions, and
conducts NLP based training for schools, corporations
and one-on- one coaching for individuals. |
